HAIR PREPARATION GUIDELINES
To ensure the best possible results, all clients are required to come properly prepared for their appointment.
Please ensure that your hair is:
- Freshly washed
- Completely tangle-free
- Thoroughly blow-dried
Kindly note that no oils, creams, or styling products should be applied to your hair before your appointment, as this can affect the outcome of your style.
Proper preparation allows us to achieve a clean, neat, and long-lasting finish.
HAIR REQUIREMENTS
To maintain consistency and quality across all services, we have specific hair requirements:
- Only Xpression braiding hair (pre-stretched) is accepted for braiding services
- For boho styles, 100% human hair is required
Failure to meet these requirements may affect the final result of your hairstyle.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

During your appointment:
- Only premium professional products will be used
- Your hair will be handled with care using protective techniques

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment.
- A grace period of 30 minutes may be allowed depending on the schedule
- After the 30 minutes grace period, your deposit will remain non-refundable, and the full amount will be required for the service

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
