Yes, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure every appointment. Your slot is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION

Your hair must be:

  1. Freshly washed
  2. Completely tangle-free
  3. Thoroughly blow-dried
  4. No oils, creams, or styling products should be applied before your visit.

Proper preparation ensures a neat, clean, and long-lasting finish. It also allows us to deliver the best possible results for your chosen style.

HAIR REQUIREMENTS

We only accept Xpression braiding hair, and it must be pre-stretched to achieve a flawless finish.

For boho styles, 100% human hair is required to ensure the desired look and durability.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We use only premium professional products to ensure your hair remains healthy, protected, and well-maintained throughout the styling process.

The duration depends on the style you choose. More intricate styles such as braids may take longer, while simpler styles require less time.

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS

We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Your deposit will remain non-refundable.

Yes, rescheduling may be accommodated with adequate notice. Please contact us as early as possible to make any changes.
